Welcome to BioGeoBlog

Welcome to the BioGeoBlog on Nick Matzke's new website!

I may use this blog to announce updates on my research, workshops, and R projects, especially BioGeoBEARS and BEASTmasteR. However, please note that pages I keep most up-to-date are the PhyloWiki help pages (e.g. BioGeoBEARS and BEASTmasteR), and the Google Groups for those packages, as updates there will be sent to subscribers by email.

I may also sometimes use BioGeoBlog to blog on other issues, although I find I don't have time for much of that these days.

Note: Googling the term "BioGeoBlog" turns up a blog I created in 2003 and never used. The beginning of 2004 was when I got a job at NCSE, and the Panda's Thumb blog took over my blogging for the next several years.
